Vision Board Time

This is my current vision board that is the first thing I see every morning when I wake up. The bible it says “For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie; though it tarry, wait for it ; because it will surely come it will not tarry. ” Habakkuk 2:3 One must have a vision in life on how they want their life to live. Vision boards got a surge when The Secret came out. I recommend reading The Secret and The Power. Both have helped me tremendously.

My style vision board. Yes, I created a board to cultivate a better style as an adult.

Imperfect Concepts Vision Board

You will need poster board. You can do plain white or color. They say red or pink are good for love vision boards, green is good to help increase wealth. My Life Coach Stephanie is great at explaining everything {She is hosting a virtually vision board class this month. Tweet her}. Next gather magazine or you can print images you have seen on the internet. I custom built my Audi to put on my board. Then cut the images that speak to you. Make sure you have great positive energy when do this. I played music and burned lilac candles.

Set the board how you want it and make sure its in a place you can see it daily and can focus on the positive. Make sure you mediate on your vision each morning. Start the day with intentions of joy and greatness.

I will state that you just cant make a vision board and assume that everything will just  come to you. You must put action into your work. Put forth a daily action plan to achieve the goals that you placed on your vision board. Last year I aspired to do a vision book but my mind was never in the right place. That should also be noted. When you create a book or board you must be in a happy joyous place. You want the right energy when creating your board or book. The vision book idea came from Necole Bitchie’s personal blog. I decided to tackle the book idea again. This is my vision book:

Vision Book ICB 3

Subconsciously I chose green as my vision book cover. Pantone chose emerald green as the color of 2013. So I am already on the right track.

Vision Book ICB 2

I made three different goal sheets, I used Meg Biram Mission Sheet for an example. {Personal, Business and Travel goals}

Vision Book ICB 1

Went to Office Depot and have the put together my book. Used stock paper.

Vision Book ICB 4

Got sticker letters from Hobby Lobby  {make sure you use 40% off coupon to save money}

Total Cost: $10

I also added several Steve Jobs quotes to the goal pages and the last page of the book. I am very excited for 2013 and what this year has in store for me. I am huge fan of Steve Jobs innovation and his passion to pursue excellence. Hope this inspires you to create the life you want to live.

Ps. You can use pinterest as your virtual vision board too.
