**Important To Note**

All download links expire within 24 hours of access. Access is when the confirmation email with link is sent to you. Not when you click the link. We can not resend links. Download immediately. We do not reissue digital products.

If you do not receive your confirmation email within 12 hours please email us.

All purchase do include a 3% processing fee.

Questions Regarding eBooks:

How do I order?

Browse our selection of services, ebooks, consultations and coaching, and if something is right for you, simply click the, “purchase now” option. Add item(s) to your cart, then check out. Your ebook will be emailed to you immediately. In addition the site will have your download on the screen soon as you purchase.

What format are the digital products in?

All eBooks are in PDF format. Make sure you save the file after downloading. Ebook bundles come in a zip file that you must unzip to retrieve.

Do you offer bundle deals?

Yes, we offer bundle deals in our ebook collections. Simply click the bundle option, and you will get the book bundle in a zip file to download.

How do I download my digital products?

As, shown above click on the file name to start download. Please make sure to save files to dropbox, Google drive or cloud base device. We do not reissue links.

How do I use my digital product?

Once you select “buy now,” a new display screen will ask for your information. After receipt of payment, you will have the option to download the file immediately. Additionally, you will receive a receipt and download link via email, which will be live for a week’s time. We recommend you download the PDF to your desktop, iPad, or mobile device to access it as many times as you like. However, per our terms of use, you cannot share the document with anyone else.

Yikes, I somehow misplaced my book soon as I purchased. What do I do?

No problem, when you made your purchase an email was sent to you with your receipt. That includes the copy of your eBook. The link is good for 24 hours. Please make sure you save the file to your device. We will not resend any material.

I am having issues with my download. Can you help please?

Please email us directly at hello@icbconsults.com for troubleshooting your technical issues. Our system will indicate if your purchase went through and we can always gladly send you another copy of your book.

Will you be releasing any new ebooks?

Yes, we have plans on launching more books later. Our schedule is very busy, but we are focused on adding more books to help your business. If you have any suggestions, please email hello@icbconsults.com.

Where can I save the eBooks?

You can save directly to your laptop or desk. Make sure you download IMMEDIATELY. If you have a tablet or smart phone. You can save to a cloud based program such as; Dropbox.com. You can retrieve at any time from there.

We are not responsible if you do not download your digital products in the allotted time.

FAQ on Coaching and Consultation

How do I book my session?

Please see our service page to inquire about working one on one with Tasha.

After payment, you will receive an email from our provider with a link to all your information. In the file there is a “Next Steps” sheet. It has a clickable link to book your session. We highly suggest booking your session with the first 48 hours. We ask for a 24-hour window prior to your first session to familiarize ourselves with your business’ assessment form. We want to make sure we get a full grasp of what your needs are so they can be met. All the information will come in a zip file that you must unzip to retrieve. This includes the Next Step Guide, Business Assessment, Non Disclosure Agreement and an ebook for consultation.

Please note when you purchase sessions they are not for later use. You must book for the current month. There is no way to purchase the sessions in advance, for instance, you are not able to use the sessions months or years later. If you are purchasing pack coaching sessions, those are scheduled to endure for the corresponding length of time, but that is in chronological succession, not as you pick and choose. One coaching session needs to be booked in the calendar month of purchase.

Do you offer outstate sessions?

Yes, 85% of our clients are out of state. We do coaching and consultation via phone and offer Skype for international clients.

What happens after my coaching or consultation purchase?

Once you have made your purchase, you will need to download a zip file to your mobile device or computer. It has a next step guide to walk you through the process. Schedule your appointment with our booking software to remind you to fill out your NDA form and a Business Assessment form. You MUST sign your NDA before your session. Please use Hello Sign to do so. With consultation, you also receive a copy of an eBook that goes along with that session.

Can I book an immediate coaching or consultation with you?

We like to have 24 hours to go over client’s assessments so we can have a better understanding of their needs. However we do allow emergency sessions. We charge an additional fee of $150 to the session cost. For those sessions we send invoices directly. Please email hello@icbconsults.com.

How are late payments handle?

If your invoice is not paid within 36 hours of its due date you will receive a $75 fee. If your invoice is not paid within 7 days you will be dropped as a client.

Can I receive a refund or transfer my session?

Payment is nonrefundable or transferable. You can reschedule your consultation or coaching session for a later date if you have an emergency, but we can not refund it. If you have already booked a session, a cancellation email must be sent within 72 hours of appointment. You have one week to reschedule consultation. If we do not receive proper notice {email 72 hours in advance} of cancellation, you will be charged a no show fee. Furthermore, if Tasha calls you and you miss your call you will be notified you were a no show. Our no show and/or cancellation fee is $75, and will be sent to you. This fee must be paid before you can have your next session. Also all deposits if we grant you are non refundable.

What happens if I fail to schedule my coaching or consultation after I have paid?

We hold you accountable for booking your session. It is not our responsibility to book your session. If you still fail to schedule, you forfeited your right to a session.

How do your payment plan options work?

No, we do not offer payment plans for consultations.

How do you accept payments?

All payments are accepted through our payment gateway. We use Stripe to process all payments on our site.

Do you accept checks or money orders?

No, not at this time.

Do you offer payment options such as pay as you go or layaway?

No, we do not offer such payment options.

Are there any refunds?

Payment is nonrefundable or transferable.

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds are permitted.
