Two years ago, I was hyping up Kick Start Your eCommerce course to my audience because I thought it was the bee’s knees, but ultimately it failed miserably. What’s funny, I never wanted to do an eCourse, but my audience kept asking for it, and I felt I had to deliver what they wanted. This brings the question to the table do you do what your audience ask of you or give them what you want to deliver. I would love to be the Steve Jobs of the consulting industry for women of color small business owners, but I am not. I cannot just hop on social media one day and say you all need an eCourse that I created to revolutionize your companies. However, I can be the woman who is understanding how her failures can become her stepping stones to help propel her further in life.
